Tania Rojas

Tania Rojas García is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At PERI, she is currently working with Professor Gerald Epstein on research examining the impact of an oversized financial sector and the evolving nature of financial activities on economic growth in the U.S. and globally. Her research interests focus on the analysis of inflation from a political economy perspective and, more broadly, on the relationship between monetary phenomena and the real economy.
