Meghana is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She works with Professor Vamsi Vakulabharanam on research projects related to caste, class, and inequality in India. Her research interests center on development and political economy, with a focus on urbanization, agrarian change, and the dynamics of social reproduction.
