Maddison Wells

Wells is a licensed architect in the state of Louisiana and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sociology at Howard University. Her research analyzes how race, culture, and social psychology can inform design decisions at multiple scales, from neighborhood planning to building interiors, and across sectors such as housing and climate-resilient infrastructure. She is the co-author of two chapters in Fifty Key Scholars in Black Social Thought.
