David Weil

Weil has written five books including The Fissured Workplace (Harvard University Press) and published over 130 articles. He is widely sought in the US and abroad as an advisor on public policy questions. He served under the Obama and Biden administrations as the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division in the U.S. Department of Labor.
